I know some people say they have don’t time to workout during the day because they are busy with their jobs and may have kids they have to take care of also. They just get wore down with the tasks they have to do throughout the day. I use to be one of those people also. I got tied of the way my body was starting to look. I find that a hour a day at least three times a week is not that hard to do with 24 hours in a day. So now I workout at least 4 days a week sometimes more than a hour and sometimes more than 4 days a week. Three days a week is good starting out with a full body workout each day you workout. And some people don’t have an excuse not to workout they just don’t because they don’t care to workout or try to live healthier by eating right. If you ready to make a change just go for it and don’t give up. Living healthier is worth everything when it mean you may get to live longer and see your kids kids grow up and still be able to play with them.
