My First Blog Post

Welcome to Fitness and Health Blog

I made this blog to help others have success loss weight with there fitness journey. I also created this blog to show some of my own workout routines that I do for myself. For some people I know losing weight can be difficult, that’s why I’m going to recommend some diets and workout programs that I think will work for men and women. Which some of the plans may just be for the women some for the men. Besides that my main goal with this blog is to help people and give my honest advice about the programs that I’ve either tried or that I know other people that have tried. One my biggest weakness with fitness is stick to a strict diet like keto. Some of the things that I recommend may be more flexible for people can have a better chance implementing the diet as a way of life.

I like to workout and stay in shape. I like to make up my own workouts. I want to help other people by recommend them diet plans and workout programs that will help them stay in shape also. I also like to find diet plans that I don't feel like I'm dieting necessarily . Because one of my biggest weaknesses in fitness by far is following a strict diet.
