
My leg workout can be hard sometimes but who said leg day was easy. My workout usually goes in this order:
-Squats warm set 135 10 times Front squats warmup set 135lbs 10 times
-Squats 225 12times followed by front squats 225 6 times 2 sets each
-Squats 315 6 times front squats 315 3 times 2 sets 1 set of 405 on squats 2 times.
-Deadlifts 225 2 sets 12 315 2 sets of 8 1 set of 405 2 times .
-Leg press 4 set of 675 15 times
-leg extensions 250lbs 4set of 12
leg curls 130lbs 3 set of 10
